Standard callbacks: testing node visibility

Simple example criteria for vertex tree visibility culling.

Test a node against the view frustum
Routines for classifying nodes against the view frustum. The user can supply custom routines for testing visibility (for example, if cell-portal culling was appropriate), but these standard routines will often suffice.

Note: It may be possible to overlap the visibility and fold tests. The overlapped tests could then use the node->data field to store common intermediate results. Since this depends on the particular tests used and on the overall system architecture (e.g., whether simplification and rendering are multithreaded), such overlapped tests are left for the user to construct.
